Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customers’ and doctors’ queries on phone/email/social media
  • Book appointments at doctor’s office
  • Update calendar and minutes of meetings 
  • Administer company’s social media accounts 
  • Implementing social media strategies 
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Data entry 
  • Arranging pick up for samples from and to doctors using our Bluedart Fedex account online

Qualification:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Prior work experience in social media
  • Excellent computer proficiency 

Training:

  • Rigorous training will be provided 
  • Certification will be issued upon successful completion

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary starting from 20,000  – 40,000 INR (will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)
  • Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM 
  • Sunday holiday
  • You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year
  • 1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)
  • You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice
  • Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor’s note
