HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute End to End recruitment cycle.
  • JD and skill set preparation
  • Job posting on various job boards
  • Solicit top talent using all mediums possible including LinkedIn
  • Basic Screening (Matching our min. requirements)
  • Select resumes for online test
  • Screening based on performance in online test
  • Select resumes for in person/online interview
  • Schedule in person/online interview
  • Conduct in person/online interview with practical test (project)
    • Grade A: Skills we definitely work with
    • Grade B: Skills we can work with
    • Grade C: Reject
  • Issue confirmation or rejection letters 
  • Handhold candidate through the induction training 
  • Work closely with team lead ensuring successful on-board of candidate 
  • Process all HR related queries and documentation of our team members 
  • Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels

Qualification:

  • MBA in HR
  • 3+ years of HR work experience
  • Strong evidence of superior performance in previous roles
  • Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal, written English and Hindi/Marathi skills
  • The keen understanding of business goals and requirements
  • A true hands-on approach
  • Demonstrated experience driving processes. Passion for innovative HR solutions;
  • Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects, drive execution and achievement of the results
  • Demonstrated success in HR related public relations
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload

Training:

  • Rigorous training will be provided 
  • Certification will be issued upon successful completion

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary starting from 20,000 INR/month to 50,000 INR/month
    (will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)
  • Working hours: 10AM -7PM
  • Sunday holiday
  • You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year
  • 1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)
  • You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice
  • Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor’s note
